In this article free guitar scale, we consider a very powerful strategy practice. I call this the strategy of "changing lifestyles anymore." Before speaking, I would like to ask you a simple question ...

It is always handy, so you practice your scales guitar?
Who says yes, this question is probably a lie! Let's face it. Sometimes our busy and hectic lives make it difficult enough time to get guitar scale practice. This is especially true for guitarists who work 9 to 5 and have a family!

So what do I do with it?

The main point I am trying to make is that the mastery of guitar scales, you need to make changes in lifestyle. You need to how to change your time. And if you want to achieve a high level of expertise through the guitar, you may need to make significant changes to your lifestyle. The true masters of the stairs, they build their lives around their guitar practice time. In many cases, made great sacrifices to do.

Some of the changes in lifestyle that are required to include may be:
- Reduce the TV watching.- Get into the early morning hours. (A fate worse than death for many people!).- With a healthy diet.- Going out to drink and party less often.- Reduce the time with friends and other negative thoughts toxic people.
Obviously some of them could represent a significant change to your daily routine. Which brings us back to the concept of additional lifestyle. These are small changes in your lifestyle, the increase in the time practicing the guitar scale reflect. Take a look at an example to explain this clearly ...

Let's say you currently spend 30 minutes a day for guitar scale practice. Do you know that your musical goals you have to spend likely to reach at least 3 hours per day at practice. So what are you doing? Why did you give up three hours seems to be down? Not at all! It uses a form of extra life. Here's how it works ...

Step 1: Choose a new length scale practice. For our example, we say that now extends from the guitar 45 minutes a day instead of 30 minutes.
Step 2: Change the style of life that are done to accommodate the increased time scale must practice.
Step 3: Drill the new length of daily practice to become a habit.
Step 4: Repeat the first three phases, with a gradual increase of long practice, until you reach your goal of three hours per day.

It is important to recognize that it may take months to achieve this goal. There will also be surprised to see how changes in lifestyle are needed to achieve this goal! And that's okay. If mastering guitar scales was simply that everyone did!
